Dr. Annette C. Anderson has served in a variety of school-based positions and was the Founding CEO & Principal of Widener Partnership Charter School, the first university-assisted charter school in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Faculty Lead for School Administration & Supervision in the Johns Hopkins School of Education. She is also the Deputy Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Safe and Healthy Schools. Annette earned a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a second Master’s degree in Education and a Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
