BlerDCon is a 24-hour convention and our rally is open for the entirety of the conference. While we do not REQUIRE our Food Truck vendors to be open for 24 hours it is requested that you stay open as long as your manpower allows. Our participants from previous years have learned that we have hungry patrons all day and all night. We will prioritize acceptance of Food Trucks that can commit to being open for long hours.
We have received lots of inquiries about our 2025 Food Truck Rally and are expecting to sell out of spaces well before the end of October.. The application process will include completing your Temporary Food Establishment Application and successfully passing the required inspections.
The fee for our 2025 event is $900 per food truck.
BlerDCon will provide:
- Space for your food truck
- 5 complimentary Blerdcon attendee badges
- Trash Receptacles and Trash Pick-Up
- Online advertisement
Please note: We do not provide electricity. You will be responsible for furnishing generators to power your vehicle for the duration of the convention
Contract
To vend at BlerdCon, you must agree to the written rules and terms. A contract for all Food Truck participants must be signed at check-in when receiving their badges.
Refunds
Food Truck spaces are not refundable but are transferable.
The application will remain open through November 1st.
We will begin sending acceptances on October 7th. Payment for all accepted trucks will be due 15 days from the date of acceptance.
