BlerDCon is a 24-hour convention and our rally is open for the entirety of the conference. While we do not REQUIRE our Food Truck vendors to be open for 24 hours it is requested that you stay open as long as your manpower allows. Our participants from previous years have learned that we have hungry patrons all day and all night. We will prioritize acceptance of Food Trucks that can commit to being open for long hours.

BlerDCon is a 24 hour convention and our rally is open for the duration of the conference. While we do not require our Food Truck vendors to be open for 24 hours, our participants from last year learned quickly that we have hungry patrons all day and all night. We will be giving priority acceptance to Food Trucks that can commit to being open for long hours.
The application process will include the requirement of successfully completing your Temporary Food Establishment Application. The fee for our 2026 event is $1000 per food truck.
BlerDCon will provide:
- Space for your food truck and/or a 10×10 pop-up tent
- 5 complimentary Blerdcon attendee badges
- Trash Receptacles and Trash Pick Up
- Online advertisement via Guidebook and www.blerdcon.org
Please note: We do not provide electricity. You will be responsible for furnishing generators to power your vehicle for the duration of the convention.
This application will remain open through November 1, 2025. Payment will be due 15 days after the day of your formal acceptance. Failure to pay within the window will automatically re-enter the slot back into the pool. It is imperative that you pay attention to your emails. We will not grant re-entry if you miss the payment due date.
