Tariiq Omari Walton is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist (LCMFT), and the director of iNsight Marriage & Family Therapists, LLC. Tariiq specializes in couples work, with a particular focus on mindfulness, communication, emotional regulation, and building intimacy.

With three and a half decades of on-air experience, Tariiq formerly hosted and produced his own arts and culture television talk show, Views & Vibes, and currently co-hosts the Kings of the Heart podcast with fellow LCMFT and friend, Dr. John Hart, while also hosting/producing The Insight Guided Meditation Podcast.

The author of four books, including the relationship tome, “It’s Just A Damn Date: Why We Expect Too Much Too Soon”, Tariiq is a sought after lecturer, panelist, and media personality.
